RELAIS Privacy Policy
RELAIS is a service built by Michel Tegofack (TEGOFACK Corporation Ltd). It receives a video sent through Telegram and automatically republishes it to YouTube and TikTok, on behalf of the person who sent it. This page describes precisely what data RELAIS processes, how long it is kept, and how to have it deleted.
Data we process
RELAIS only processes the data it needs to work:
- Your Telegram user ID, to know who you are and reply to you.
- The video file you send to the bot.
- YouTube and TikTok OAuth access tokens, obtained with your consent when you connect your accounts.
How long the video file is kept
The video file is stored temporarily on the server, for the time it takes to process and publish it.
It is deleted automatically as soon as publishing succeeds, and in every case no later than 48 hours after it was sent, whether publishing succeeded or not.
YouTube and TikTok access tokens
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
They are never shared with any third party, and are used only to publish the content you explicitly submitted to the bot. No other use is made of them.
What we never do
No data is sold. No data is used for advertising purposes.
Access to the service
In phase 1, RELAIS is for personal use: access is restricted by an allowlist, there is no public sign-up.
Deleting your data
You can request full deletion of your data (user ID, tokens, any file still cached) at any time, by writing to the address below. Deletion is carried out in full.
